4th of July Parade Castroville
YOU ARE OFFICIALLY INVITED!
Our studio will have a float in the Castroville parade on the 4th of July! Your students are invited to participate!

Here are the details for the parade, costume and practices!
**Registration Expires JUNE 16TH 2025 so we can order parade attire**.
All students, past, present and future are welcome to participate! (Comp Team members will be required unless excused for vacation)
WALKERS (ages 6+): $60 fee for parade Attire – customized Parade Dance/Cheer Attire will be provided and may be worn to practices throughout the year.
RIDERS: (Ages 2-5) $10 participation fee – these students will ride on the float and may wear any 4th of July attire
Walking Participants will learn a walking routine and must attend the practices. (See schedule below). They do not need to attend practices. If there is no room on the truck and trailer, you may also “walk” with your Little Participant and pull them in a wagon, or let them ride a bike etc (walk with them and supervise). They will be behind the participants doing the Walking Routine
**Competition Team Members are required to participate if in town. All team members will be given parade apparel whether participating or not, it will be allocated from June team fees payment and is not an additional expense.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Mandatory Practice to learn routine (Walkers Age 6+)
June 27th 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (learn)
July 3rd 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (review)
Parade: (All student participants ages 2+)
July 4th – 8:00 am meeting in Castroville (location tba)
The city provides free Watermelon and hotdogs in the town center afterwards.
**must wear clean white athletic shoes and white ankle socks
**Please make sure they are plenty hydrated and have used the restroom before arrival. **Bring a labled water bottle for each of your kids – we will provide extras in case.
