Dance Team


Halos Dance Team (Turning 6+) Halos is our Competitive Dance Team.  We combine multiple dance styles, refine and clean technique, encourage growth through advanced skills and form a team bond.  We encourage leadership and set an example for the whole studio of good sportsmanship.  We perform multiple routines and compete in up to 5 competitions including 1 or 2 possible out of town competitions (Austin, Dallas etc). They also showcase their routines in our Winter Show and Big year end Recital.

*We practice during Holidays and Studio Breaks as well. Please allow sufficient notice if a planned absence.

**Summer vacations may be taken anytime in June, July and August. (September through May absences will require permission and will ONLY be excused if they do not fall within a “no absence allowed period” which include all major performances and competitions and the week leading up to a major performance and competition (Winter Show, Spring Recital and Competitions which take place between January-May).

Class Schedule: (Subject to change – we may add a mini team)

  • Mini Halos: Mondays 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • Jr Halos: Wednesdays 5:00 -6:30 pm
  • Sr Halos: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 – 6:30 pm
  • Elite Halos: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 – 8:30 pm

We may practice during Holidays and studio closures. Please give adequate notice for vacations.

TUITION & FEES

Flat rate. Monthly fee covers Team Tuition, Team Fee Deposits. We pay in advance for you – and you reimburse us over 12 months. Other fees not included are spectator fees, out of town hotel fees etc. We do 1 out of town competition where we require team to stay together in the same hotel as a unified team event.  

  • Mini Halos: $200/month (12 payments June-May) 
  • Jr Halos: $215.00/month (12 payments June-May) 
  • Sr Halos: $250.00/month (12 payments June-May) 
  • Elite Halos: $255.00/month (12 payments June-May) 

*If a team member is allowed to join mid-season, that person’s monthly team fees will be adjusted to cover all associated costs and will differ from the above Tuition amount. (Siblings are not discounted)

There is a 2.75% merchant processing fee for credit card payments.
